Creating a channel brand identity with universal appeal
Channel 4 appointed us to design and direct a brand new on-air identity for More4 to align with a re-focussed range of content on the channel.
We designed a bold, flexible logo that would constantly morph through a series of flips, folds and reveals. The colour palette reflects the wide-ranging and vibrant nature of interiors, food culture, fashion and other contemporary lifestyle programming.
A truly tactile brand
Live-action idents see the brand break out into the real world in the form of mechanical 'flippers'. The installations inhabit various environments from a Victorian staircase to an abandoned fishing boat.
We teamed up with installation pioneers Jason Bruges Studio, to help design and build a flexible system consisting of over 400 individual flipper units.
